Sowing Seeds Ministries is keen for its message to be heard by anyone ready to hear it.
Gram travels thousands of miles a month to make sure that happens. He’s been known to drive from Lancashire to Norfolk to address an eager audience. You can see from his diary below that his commitment is total. If your group or organisation is ready for that message, go to the bookings page and arrange to hear his story from Gram himself!

Working with Sowing Seeds Ministries
Thursday 10th January 2008 - Wednesday 31st December 2008
Sowing Seeds Ministries is happy to work with any group, individual or organisation dealing with prisoners and/or ex-offenders and aiming to show them a new way of life, free from crime.
However we would like to point out that Sowing Seeds Ministries is a fully independent, officially recognised charity working with a number of prisons, young offender institutions, schools and other bodies.
We are not employed by any other group or organisation, religious or otherwise, and any approach or inquiry about us or our work should be done via this website or through our media relations officer Ken Ryalls on 07711-749172.
Our approach is unique. We use the life story of our founder Gram Seed to show others how wrong lifestyle choices can have near fatal consequences.
And to show that there is another way, by following the teachings of Jesus Christ.
God Bless.

Sowing Seeds at Hassockfield Secure Training Centre
Thursday 12th June 2008 - Wednesday 31st December 2008
Sowing Seeds spends all day every Wednesday at this Centre and considers its work in supporting and offering Christian fellowship to the young offenders as among the most important of the Ministries.
These are some of the most damaged youngsters in the country with deep-seated emotional problems.
The work we do here is vital if they are ever to become capable of making better life decisions.
Sowing Seeds Ministries bring them readings from the bible, listens to their hearts, then just play pool!
If you would like to help us maintain and develop this crucially important work, financially or spiritually, please contact us via this website.

Sowing Seeds at Wetherby Young Offenders Institution
Thursday 12th June 2008 - Wednesday 31st December 2008
Every Thursday afternoon, after visiting Holme House, members of the Sowing Seeds Ministries head for West Yorkshire and Wetherby Young Offenders Institution.
A former naval base and Borstal it now a dedicated male juvenile centre housing some 360 trainees aged between 15 and 17 years.
Sowing Seeds is delighted with this outreach programme as it enables us to continue the good work with youngsters who have previously become interested in the message of the bible while detained in Hassockfield Secure Training Centre in County Durham.
In this way we devoutly hope that the teachings of Jesus can become more deeply embedded in their hearts, helping them to turn their backs on a life of crime and walk a Christian path through life.

Sowing Seeds at Castington Young Offenders Institution
Friday 12th December 2008
Every Monday morning Sowing Seeds takes its message of hope and redemption to this juvenile and young offenders closed establishment. We are grateful to people like Phil Longhurst, Eric, and Paul for welcoming our own Ian Williamson to the Castington Chaplaincy Team.
Castington is in Morpeth and is home to young offenders aged 15-21 years old. Ian is extremely pleased to have the opportunity to be involved in ‘Cass’ and says:
“Phil and the team have been doing fantastic work for the Lord for a number of years and it is a privilege to be able to join them.
“Not only is it a credit to the chaplaincy team, but also to God, as I have been trusted with keys! My wife doesn't even let me have the house keys!”
Ian now travels there at the start of every week to talk, and listen, to the youngsters, helping them to seek and follow a new path through life.
Many of the inmates have already become interested in Jesus' message because of the work carried out by Sowing Seeds in Hassockfield Secure Training Centre. This means that we are now able to make sure that the support, guidance and care started there can be maintained and strengthened.
